Returns and Shipping

Returning an online item for a credit?  No problem at all, as a small business I want you to be happy and feel amazing but there are some conditions so that I can keep offering you fabulous, affordable prices.

You have 14 days from receiving your online order to return your item/s to us under the following conditions: 

Items must be returned to us unused, unworn, no stains of any kind and unwashed with all original tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

Any online returns/exchanges will be issued with an e-gift voucher for the amount of the item purchased (does not include postage) so you can choose another item to your liking up to the value of your e-gift voucher. All e-gift vouchers will be emailed to customer once processed please allow up to 3 days after we have received returned item/items.

Gift Cards are non - refundable. Gift Cards have no expiration date.

Please email us at chikitaboutique@outlook.com prior to returning item/s or for any questions. It is recommended that you send your item/s back with Australia Post tracking as we will not be responsible for lost parcels. Postage cost to return item/s back to us is at customers expense, it is not credited. Postage to resend out an exchanged item is payable by customer.

Please email prior to return - chikitaboutique@outlook.com                      Email through your name, postage address, order number/receipt and reason for return. Unfortunately no receipt or order confirmation means no credit/exchange. 

No returns/refunds or change of mind are accepted on SALE ITEMS, JEWELLERY, HATS or SWIMWEAR.

SALE ITEMS or items purchased from SALES are not able to be returned or exchanged unless item is deemed a manufacturer fault. Please choose carefully. 

 

 

REFUNDS ONLY ON MANUFACTURER FAULT ITEMS  

I assure you we do our best to check each item very carefully before sending out. Please inspect your item when you receive it to make sure it is in perfect condition. If you receive a faulty item please email photos of the items deemed a manufacturer fault within 7 Days and we will advise you on the process of returning item for a refund or exchange. Any faults found after the 7 day period will not be accepted for a return/refund. Please include proof of purchase with returning item/s.

If you damage a garment after wearing it for example, a button falls off, did not follow wash/care instructions as specified on item label, holes in fabric/knitwear or the zip breaks these are all classified as ‘wear and tear’ we cannot accept these garments back as a faulty item return. This is in line with our suppliers return policies. We reserve the right to decline any returns. 

 

Cancellation of orders - Please take care when processing your order as once it's placed we cannot make any sizing variations or additions to your order. This includes cancellations. 

 

Caring for your new clothing - Please follow the care instructions on the labels. If ever unsure I recommend to cold hand wash. As I do not refund, credit or exchange on clothing that has been washed.

 

 

 

Shipping

Standard shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10. Chikita Boutique use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. Orders will be allocated with tracking number for customer peace of mind. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of us receiving it (excluding weekends and public holidays).

ATTENTION - Australia post are experiencing delays at the moment of approx. 3 days. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Please allow 2 - 7 business days for delivery. If there are any unexpected delays, you will be contacted by us. If your parcel is being sent to your work address, please provide a company name.

EXPRESS - SHIPPING                                                                                          Express shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $15. All orders made via Express Post before 2pm will be dispatched the next business day and should arrive in 1 - 3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL - SHIPPING                                                                              Standard shipping to New Zealand (estimated delivery 7–12 days)                 $18 up to 500g - $24 up to 1kg

FREE IN-STORE PICK-UP                                                                                  If you live locally you can also choose to pick up your order from the following location following business day.
